Notice and Takedown Procedure

Baseline TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Important Notice About Embedded Content

Baseline TV does not host any video content on its servers. All videos displayed on our website are embedded from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo, and other video hosting services. These videos remain on their original hosting platforms and are streamed directly from those sources.

If you believe that content embedded on our site infringes your copyright, we recommend first contacting the original hosting platform (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to have the content removed at its source. Once removed from the source, it will no longer appear on our website.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content linked or embedded on Baseline TV infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with enough detail to allow us to locate the material on our website.
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district and that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
