Reporting Illegal Content
If you believe that content accessible through our platform is illegal, you may report it to us. Please note that Baseline TV embeds videos from third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, and others) and does not host video content directly. For content hosted on third-party platforms, we recommend also reporting directly to those platforms.

- A description of why you believe the content is illegal

Transparency
In accordance with DSA transparency requirements, we provide the following information:
- Baseline TV is a video aggregation platform that embeds content from third-party sources
- We do not host video content directly on our servers
- Content moderation is performed by removing embedded links when necessary
- We respond to valid legal requests and takedown notices
Average Monthly Active Users in the EU
In accordance with Article 24(2) of the DSA, information on the average monthly active recipients of our service in the European Union is available upon request to the relevant authorities.
Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement
Users have the right to select any out-of-court dispute settlement body certified in accordance with Article 21 of the DSA to resolve disputes relating to our decisions, including complaints that have not been resolved through our internal complaint-handling system.
